Since our embroidery designs are Instant Digital Downloads, all sales are final. Once the files have been downloaded or the link has been sent, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you encounter any technical issues with the file (e.g., the file is corrupted or not opening), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will be happy to assist you and provide a replacement file if necessary.
Please double-check your machine's hoop size and required format before purchasing. Every product listing clearly states the sizes (4x4, 5x7) and 8 formats included. We are not responsible for purchases made for the wrong hoop size.
